Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms govern your use of arrowintel.ai and your engagement of Arrow Intel for consulting services. By purchasing a service or using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Engagements
Each service listed on the site creates a per-engagement contract for the specific deliverable described. There is no ongoing retainer or recurring obligation unless stated explicitly. Custom Engagements are scoped in writing before any work begins.
3. Delivery
Stated timelines are measured in business days and begin when payment clears and you have returned the intake form. If we need additional information from you, the clock pauses until we have it.
4. Intellectual property
You own the deliverables produced under your engagement — the custom GPT, the written audit, the workflow blueprint, the executive report. Arrow Intel retains rights to underlying methodology, internal templates, and any general know-how applied in the work.
5. Confidentiality
We treat any information you share during an engagement as confidential. We use it only to deliver your engagement and do not disclose it to third parties without your permission, except as required by law.
6. Payment
Fixed-price services are paid in full up front via Stripe. Custom Engagements are billed monthly based on hours worked, with a 5-hour minimum. All prices are in US dollars.
7. Refunds
Refund terms are covered separately in our Refund Policy.
8. Limitations
Arrow Intel provides advisory and build services. Our deliverables are informed recommendations and working artifacts — they are not guarantees of business outcomes. Decisions made on the basis of our work remain your responsibility.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
